Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programmes - Focus: Leadership

 

 

  "My Personal Leadership" (MPL) 

 

The MPL framework-approach in Executive Coaching and Mentoring is used exclusively at the Thierry Graduate School. It meets the individual needs and challenges a leader faces in the areas of personal improvement, executive effectiveness, and of organisational leadership. The personalised MPL incorporates a framework of individual leadership abilities and competencies each participant ("coachee") is expected to acquire or to strengthen. In line with the progressive growth and lifelong learning concepts applied by our Graduate School, the MPL approach is also embedded in all of our curricular programmes

  

 

The content of the self-empowering MPL process-approach support the achievement of personal learning and developmental goals. The MPL-structure can be schematized as a framework of interweaved "Sets", such as:

-  Professional Competencies  ("Techniques" or Ways);

-  Personal Values & Principles  ("Attitudes" or Precepts);

-  Inner Sensibilities ("Feelings" or Emotions);

-  The Set of Behaviours ("Conduct" or Action)
