 My Personal Leadership (MPL)

 

The MPL framework-approach in Executive Coaching and Mentoring meets the individual needs and challenges in the areas of personal improvement, executive effectiveness, and of organisational leadership. 

 

Since 2011 the MPL executive coaching programs are offered by INSIL.* In Europe the coaching activities are undertaken in cooperation with our DR Leadership unit. In Belgium the senior executive coach and expert specialized in leadership coaching is Jean-Pierre Bal.
