Leadership Training and Development Programs
The THIERRY Approach: Comprehensive, Progressive, Individualised, and Lasting.
The comprehensive and practice-oriented THIERRY curricula and seminars (> view all programs) are offered in a progressive developmental mode. All of the programmes include The 4 Dimensions of Leadership, a leadership development and training programme that has been in existence for more than forty years.
Comprehensive Programme leading to a Diploma or Degree
(for/in corporate environments)
For corporations our graduate school provides an entire leadership development curriculum, leading towards a Diploma in Applied Leadership Studies, and with the possibility to earn a Master's degree. The individual plus team-based programme fits very well into a "corporate university" type of learning framework and environment. The intra-company programme follows the long-term progressive learning and developmental mode that typifies our graduate school's educational approach.
Executive Coaching Frameworks (Long-term developmental processes)
My Personal Leadership (MPL) is a structured approach based on a one-to-one methodology, meeting the specific individual needs and challenges in the areas of personal improvement, executive effectiveness and performance, and in team and organizational leadership. Another approach and program, in life coaching, is rooted in personal will and heightened intrinsic meaning-in-action. It is called "LOGOS", or Meaning In Action, and is in sharp contrast with the approaches that are based on the more "classical" schools of thought in human drives and motives of self-realization.
European coverage for the programs' delivery
All of the executive seminars and leadership development programs can be offered in virtually all locations in Europe. In France specifically the official institutional representative for the program is INSIL, Institut Supérieur International de Leadership, international higher institute for leadership > Link
