  The 4 Dimensions of Leadership

In the field of leader-development  The 4 Dimensions of Leadership  is one of the reference programs in the world. Since 2002 the 4 Dimensions program is delivered  solely by our institution. 

The original version of the program was launched in 1967. The content has been continuously adapted to the changing times of the subsequent decades. The 4 Dimensions has also been a source of inspiration for the leadership and personal development seminar-programs offered by other organisations and consultancy firms around the world. 

In accordance with the progressive, comprehensive and lifelong learning concepts applied by our European institute, the 4 Dimensions program is an integral part of the THIERRY curricular leadership development programs; the Thierry  Summer residential institute, and the corporate programs and seminars.
