  The 4 Dimensions of Leadership

In leader development  The 4 Dimensions of Leadership is one of the reference programs in the world. The original version of the program was launched in 1967. The content has been continuously adapted to the changing "times" in the subsequent decades.

The 4 Dimensions also  remains a source of inspiration for the leadership and personal development seminar programs offered by other organisations and consultancy firms around the world. 

All rights of the original 4 Dimensions, and its updates, are held exclusively by our institution. Since 2011 the program is offered only by INSIL*, and the course delivery undertaken in cooperation with DR Leadership. To go to the INSIL website, click here.
