Graduate
Diploma Programme in Applied Leadership Studies (DAL),
and
path towards the Master of Arts in Leadership degree (MA).
Distance
learning in leadership
Your determination
to develop your leader-talent, the specific requirements of your
work environment, and guided self-learning could be the key
factors that relate to your aim of acquiring new or specific
leadership skills. A busy career and life may engender the
need for studying at one's own pace, in one's own free time, at
home. And in lieu of a classroom atmosphere, to benefit from the
e-coaching by an expert -- an experienced leader-coach.

Receiving
appropriate support
Wherever
you reside in the world, and provided that you have the
perseverance to succeed in a distance learning mode, please
consider our practice-oriented and online-based 'Hercules'
programme. Its comprehensive curriculum leads to a Graduate
Diploma in Applied Leadership Studies (DAL), and thereafter to a Master
of Arts (MA) in Leadership degree.
By aiming at a diploma
plus degree in leadership, and by means of home-based distance
learning, the online-based curriculum has proven that it is a true
learning
experience. The same applies to our online
doctoral program, the PALS + PhD in Leadership studies.
The 'Hercules' was created by
our graduate school and launched in 2002. It was the very first
distance learning master's in leadership curriculum offered via
the internet by a Europe-based institution of higher education.
Our international
leadership programme integrates
intercontinental
and interdisciplinary resources,
and is currently offered
conjointly by INSIL and THIERRY (both institutions are based in
Europe).

The Hercules Learning Framework
Our graduate school's unique Hercules programme mirrors the twelve
extraordinary accomplishments of Hercules, the hero in Greek mythology
(his twelve "Labours or Works"). The curriculum is divided into twelve interlaced
course units, more than two thirds of which fit into the Diploma
stage, and the final ones for the Masters degree.
Our
School's "We Care for Each Person" motto translates itself
into a high degree of individual attention offered by the e-faculty,
demonstrated by the best possible curriculum guidance, and the coaching in
which the course content is interweaved with the challenges in the
participant's professional realm. Next:
