[1] The course delivery and guidance is undertaken by the INSIL International Higher Institute for Leadership as well as the issuing of program-completion documents.

[2] For the completion of the course #414i the participant can choose between three options, or combinations thereof: (1) organize and/or teach at a conference, seminar, or course(s) on environmental leadership; (2) attend one or two special individual residencies (of 2.5 to 3 days each) at the i2LN-THIERRY eco-campus; (3) prepare a project- and/or final-paper embedding a ‘live’ educational component-creation. To earn the course credits, a minimum of 45 hours of face to face interaction with the faculty and/or audience should accumulate by means of the options listed above, plus a summary paper.

[3] The subject or topic of the Project and Final papers and of the Thesis can be different, or the same. In the latter case the papers build upon another, with the master's thesis comprehensively crowning the entire exploration, development, and exposé processes. There is no viva (oral defence) requirement for the master's thesis (only for the doctoral one, in case a master's graduate pursues further postgraduate studies).
