our industrialised society one finds, at
one end of the business spectrum, the production and trade of
entire ranges of mass-consumption or "one-type-fits-many"
products and
services. At the other end there is tailoring, or custom-manufacturing, in which products or services are
partly designed and made for one single person or
organisation. And there is full tailoring, the entirely
created and built on special order.
In our marketing era, a number of consumers seek the "iconic",
the "unique", with an exclusive branding of the product or
of the service-tailoring.
And, quality matters.

In
the leadership development programmes activity sector there are numerous
ready-to-use or common track type of programmes, "versus" the
truly tailor-made ones. Leadership development programs
design that is intended for one person requires a specific form of
craftsmanship or artistry. DR Leadership and the school have that
form of expertise. In our tailored, individualised leadership
development programs' concepts one finds the CHRONOS for Chief

Craftsmanship

The SIRIUS craftsmanship process goes much further than that
of its eponym-predecessor. Having been offered for almost ten years, the
previously offered programme featured "only" the mainstream master's
in leadership curriculum, yet with a blend of course delivery
modes, mainly self-paced learning with personal tutorship and
executive coaching. The
programme
was
offered to executives residing
in northwestern
Europe
(mainly in
Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, and The
Netherlands).
With
the advent of new or more performing means of telecommunication,
and of faster and cheaper modes of transport across Europe,
participants from the entire continent, and of some other parts
of the world, are being welcomed by our DR Leadership unit staff,
and experience their unique
SIRIUS-designed programme. It is the tailor-measured and
"hand-made" leadership development programme, and also
uses the formidable Coblence approach for the personal
leadership learning preferences.
